The 2022 Community Health Workers Association of Missouri, CHW Annual Conference is March 15 & 16. Join us for great educational opportunities, excellent speakers, networking, and more!

This conference will provide 15 CEUs for CHW's. Twelve regular and three ethics CEUs.

After we receive your registration form, we will invoice you for the amount due.

The cost of attendance is $100 and includes a 1 year membership to the Community Health Workers Association of Missouri. If you are a current member, your fee will be pro-rated, which is why we have a two step registration/payment process.

There is also an option for group registration, for those who need to register and pay for multiple attendees.
